I got into pickling a few mo...I love home pickling! I got into pickling a few months back, and now I can't stop making them. Unfortunately, I don't have canning equipment, so they're only fridge pickles, but still plenty tasty. I use no water in my brine, plus I like to add lots of fresh ginger, so needless to say mine are pretty potent.
